STEP 1: Consultation
1. Consultation Form & Medical History Review
We gather essential information about your exercise goals, lifestyle
habits, areas of pain, existing medical conditions, and any previous
surgeries.
→ This helps us design a personalized Pilates program tailored
to your needs.
2. Postural Assessment
We observe your overall posture from the front, side, and back,
checking spinal alignment, pelvic tilt, and any asymmetries in your
shoulders, knees, and other joints.
→ Identifies imbalances and postural issues.
3. Gait Analysis
We evaluate your walking pattern to assess foot placement, pelvic
movement, and left-right balance.
→ Helps analyze the relationship between movement patterns
and body alignment.
4. (As Need) Joint & Spinal Mobility and Functional Movement
Screening
We assess the range of motion of your spine and major joints and
observe fundamental movements such as squats, lunges, and bridges
to check for movement patterns and compensations.
